Ulkar Monsumova

Ulkar Akbarli – daughter of Khalilullah was born in Baku in 1993. In 2014 she graduated from the Solo-Singing faculty of the Baku Music Academy. From December 3, 2013 she is a choir actress at the Azerbaijan State Musical Theater. Her voice timbre is soprano. She participated in "If not that one then this one”, "Banker Fiancé”, "When fates come together”, "Jealous Hearts”, "Gold Wedding”, "Husband and Wife”.
