The premiere of the play "You Are the King" will take place at the Academic Musical Theater

On October 24, 25, 26 at 19:00, the premiere of the play "You Are the King", prepared by the libretto and production of the famous director Alakbar Taghizade, will be shown at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater.

Based on the immortal works of the legendary American musician and actor of the 20th century - "The King of Rock and Roll" Elvis Presley, this musical vividly depicts the life story of the star and his turbulent life path.

The musical director and production conductor of the stage production are Javad Taghizade, ballet master Kamila Aliyeva, production designer Vusal Rahim, conductor Samad Suleymanli, concertmaster Presidential scholarship holder Kamil Hasanov, lighting designer Rafael Vagifoglu, assistant directors Tamilla Aslanova and Polina Fyodorova.

The performance will be attended by Honored Artist Ilham Nazarov, Presidential Pensioner Atilla Mammadov, Presidential Prize Winner Mehriban Zaliyeva, actors Rauf Babayev, Leonid Klets, Olga Georgieva, Aydan Hasanova, Subhan Rustamov, Elchin Ahadzade, as well as choir and ballet artists.
