PUTIN'S SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE ON INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL RELATIONS was at the ACADEMIC MUSICAL THEATER

The special representative of the President of the Russian Federation on international cultural cooperation, Mikhail Shvidkoy, visited the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater.

The distinguished guest was received by the director of the theater, Honored Art Figure, Doctor of Philosophy Aligismat Lalayev.

At the meeting held in cordial and business conditions, the projects and plans to be implemented on the expansion of cultural relations and cooperation between the two countries were discussed, and a number of recommendations were made regarding the creative exchange of theaters, directors and actors in the future.

Professor M. Shvidkoy, an art critic by profession, pointed out that he regularly follows the activities of the Musical Theater through social networks and expressed his joy at the team's success.

He particularly emphasized the tireless activities of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva in the development of cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Russia. In this direction, the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia, People's Artist Polad Bulbuloglu also noted the great role.

After getting acquainted with the building of the theater, which meets modern standards, Mikhail Shvidkoy said that the conditions created here and the professional creative environment are at a very high level: "The building equipped with modern technology, the fertile conditions created for the creative staff show the care and attention of the Azerbaijani state to theater, art, and culture in general is a clear example".

He expressed his gratitude to the director of the theater for his great hospitality.
