Aligismat Lalayev at the 14th CIS Humanitarian Forum

XIV "Common humanitarian space in the Union countries: dialogue in the field of culture, education and science" forum of creative and scientific intellectuals of CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) members has started in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, on May 14.

According to the information of Azerbaijan State Academic Theater of Musical press service Aligismat Lalayev, Director of the theater, Honored Art Worker, Ph.D. in Art Studies - left for the Republic of Turkmenistan yesterday, who is part of the 11-member delegation of Azerbaijani intellectuals.

At plenary and departmental meetings, approximately 200 delegates from Azerbaijan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, and Armenia participated. Scientists, educators, and cultural figures discussed various aspects of interaction in the CIS, new issues of cooperation in the field of education, and they will exchange views on the work on innovation and intercultural dialogue. The Forum will be over on May 17 after the presentation of the leading CIS Interstate Award - "Stars of the Union," exchange of publication of new publications and books on the Year of Book in the CIS and discussion of "Eurasia Partnership in Humanitarian Initiative" field.
